What is a Home Plan Pack?

The HomePlan Pack was created with builders in mind. The most requested service in our modifications department is multi-elevations for our plans. The HomePlan Pack is a plan with three very different elevations. The floor plan changes only along the front of the house. Some bedroom and dining room sizes may vary from one elevation to the next, but the remainder of the plan stays the same. There are no partial plans with HomePlan Packs, as each elevation comes with a complete set of drawings. Additionally, framing drawings, electronic material workbooks and digital artwork are all included. Additional foundations and right reading reverse plans are also available. HomePlan Packs come with unlimited usage licenses, so there is never a question about how many times you may build from HomePlan Packs. An entire neighborhood can be built using HomePlan Packs with no confusion, no wasted time and most importantly no wasted money!
